Mission and Vision
Inspired by the healing and caring Ministry of Jesus Christ, we aim through the positive interaction of caring, sharing and training, to uplift the most vulnerable members of society, especially children who are disabled and abandoned, and marginalized communities. We are committed to the fostering of homes and communities, which will lead us all to loving service and mutual respect and which will bring us joy, hope and dignity.
How We Serve
Founded in 1978, Mustard Seed Communities (MSC) is a global nonprofit committed to supporting the most vulnerable populations in the developing world. Originating as a haven for a few abandoned children with disabilities in Jamaica, MSC has grown to provide lifelong care and love to over 600 individuals with disabilities, children impacted by HIV, and young mothers in crisis across Jamaica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Zimbabwe, and Malawi. Beyond care, MSC oversees sustainable agriculture projects and implements education, nutrition, and skills training initiatives, aiming to enhance the economic, social, and spiritual well-being of marginalized communities
